DESCRIPTION
Gold extraction and refining mining company (AU) with all mineral rights, established in the state of Mato Grosso, in full operation.
The mine has all the reports, including LO (operating license), IBAMA, SEMA and DNPM with prospecting mining and industrial plant operating with equipment. With all other documents duly in order, both in relation to the property and the entire mining company, fully cleared and free from social security restrictions, labor, taxes, fees and charges, ready for negotiation, transfer and immediate possession after discharge of the sale value.
Total area of 158 hectares (one hundred and fifty eight hectares) of land with mining rights of soil and subsoil of prospecting mining in full operation.
Reforestation area with African mahogany.
All new power grid.
Complete amalgamation facility for concentration and determination of gold purity grade: 96/97% (mil gold);
Monthly energy expenses: R$ 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand reais) obs: uses all the production of the photovoltaic plant.
